=Instructions for setting up your website with our hosting=


==Step 1==
You must activate your $25 per month hosting fee. (see instructions on your Admin Home page on the right side of your screen under: "Upgrade to a Hosted Domain".)

==Step 2==
===If you are using a domain name that you are currently using for a different website===
It will be best to do the switch in the very late evening since there will be a period of time that the old website nor the eFC website will be accessed with that domain name. It will only take an hour or two to update your eFC site with the domain name if the transition is coordinated properly.  Otherwise it can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to access your eFC site.

To use a domain that is currently being used for another website you will have to either:
1) Give us access to your domain registrar account so we can change the DNS settings
2) Change the DNS settings yourself

The new DNS settings need to be:
NS.RACKSPACE.COM
NS2.RACKSPACE.COM
NOTE: These two name servers should be in your DNS settings in position 1 & 2.  Leave any other entry fields for DNS settings BLANK.

VERY IMPORTANT! Once the DNS settings are changed your old website will no longer be able to be accessed.  

===If you are going to change the DNS yourself===
we need to coordinate an exact time (preferable after 10pm) when you will change the DNS settings and we will pick up the domain name on our end. ===If you want us to access to your domain account to change the DNS settings for you===
then we will take care of the entire process.  If you would like us to change the DNS settings for you, submit a Support Ticket to Hosting & Programming into which you must enter your domain registrar (i.e. Godaddy, Network Solution, Register.com, etc), your complete login information (username/account# and password) and the domain name.  <b>PLEASE BE SURE to include your 3 digit account # in the Subject Line.</b> <a href="http://www.efashioncentral.com/support/open.php" target="new">Click to open support ticket</a>

===If you have registered a new domain name ===
that is not currently being used for another website, be sure that the DNS settings are set to RACKSPACE as indicated above.
