: Yes. Leave the Customer Email field blank. No confirmation email will be sent, but the account is still created and visible in Layaway Accounts.

; What if a customer loses their payment link?
: Open the layaway account in admin, copy the Layaway # from the account detail page, then direct the customer to your store's payment page and tell them to enter the number manually.

; Can I adjust the balance upward (e.g. the customer added an item)?
: Yes. Use '''Add''' instead of '''Subtract''' in the Adjust Balance section. Add a comment describing the reason.

; What does "Paid in Full" mean?
: When the total of all payments recorded equals or exceeds the original order total, the account shows Paid in Full in green.

; Does the customer need an account on my website to use the payment link?
: No. The payment page is open to anyone with the link.
